Vermont Maple Syrup - Logo Redesign

For my Advertising Design class, I was tasked with redesigning the State of Vermont Pure Maple Syrup logo to align with contemporary standards. The previous design was outdated and potentially off-putting to customers. To modernize it, I went  for a minimalist and straightforward approach and achieved this using Adobe Illustrator. Like the original design, I used the state’s iconic outline and added a maple leaf-shaped cutout that seamlessly integrated the brand name. A simplified color palette of black and burnt orange, reminiscent of autumn maple leaves, further enhanced the logo's appeal. The redesign proved highly effective, ensuring recognition across various sizes, color schemes, and even without accompanying text.

Vermont Maple Syrup - Collaboration with GAP

Alongside the logo redesign, I collaborated with a classmate who redesigned the GAP logo. Together, we were challenged to create a joint initiative between our respective brands. We conceptualized a 5K Fun Run presented by the State of Vermont Pure Maple Syrup and sponsored by GAP. Leveraging the color palette and fonts from my brand, we crafted a collaborative logo specifically for the event. I further contributed by designing a captivating poster and branded flags with Adobe Illustrator to promote the fun run.
