Adobe Animate & After Effects

Skechers Ad

For my Digital Motion Graphics class, I created an animated advertisement for Skechers, utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Animate, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to bring the concept to life. The project involved a range of animation techniques, including spinning shoes, walking cycles, dynamic accent animations, and more. I also illustrated the shoe images from scratch, ensuring each frame contributed seamlessly to the overall visual narrative.

Bliss Juice Ad

For my Digital Motion Graphics class, I produced an animated advertisement for Bliss, a fictitious strawberry juice brand I created. Using Adobe Illustrator, Animate, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, I meticulously crafted this video from start to finish. I personally illustrated the logo and designed the juice box, ensuring every detail aligned with the brand’s identity. The project involved employing various animation techniques, including the visualization of the juice box filling with juice, the animated formation of the logo, dripping juice effects, spinning of the juice box,, and more. This comprehensive approach allowed me to create a visually captivating advertisement that effectively showcased the essence and appeal of Bliss.

Lip Syncing Dog

For my Digital Motion Graphics class, I took on the challenge of creating a lively video featuring a playful cartoon character modeled after my dog, Tori. Choosing a playful dog song from YouTube that resonated with the character's childlike demeanor, I crafted the animation using Adobe Illustrator, Animate, and Premiere Pro. The project demanded a variety of animation techniques. These included designing and animating the background, implementing automated lip syncing by integrating different mouth shapes for the character, rigging Tori to move her paw and tail, and more. This comprehensive approach allowed me to bring Tori to life in a charming and engaging video that captured her playful essence.

Cinema 4D

Cherry 7up Ad

For my Digital 3D & Time-Based Media class, I created a beautiful, sweeping animation for Cherry 7-Up. This animation was made using Cinema 4D which took a bunch of 3D models of cherries, had them swim in and out together to form the logo and catch phrases for Cherry 7-Up.

Mixamo Animation 1

For my Digital 3D & Time-Based Media class, I created an animation utilizing Mixamo characters. Leveraging Mixamo's cutting-edge technologies, I automated the intricate steps of character animation, from 3D modeling and rigging to seamless 3D animation. Additionally, I crafted the set and planned lighting to ensure a fully immersive experience before capturing the final animation. This animation was required to have two characters so I decided on animating a scary monster chasing a man down an ominous hallway!

Mixamo Animation 2

Similar to the last video, this was for my Digital 3D & Time-Based Media class also utilizing Mixamo characters. This animation was required to have a character performing a few acts of parkour. I picked a quirky character and made a simple set for her to perform a front flip and wall-running!
